We provide more than just a thorough home inspection, we help you learn things about the home by fully explaining the findings. We are accurate and our reports are simple to read. Additionally, we will provide digital photos to better visualize the findings.
In order to prepare the report, the inspector must conduct a visual inspection of the house. The inspection process typically takes about 3 hours to complete. This of course may vary, according to the size and condition of the home.
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort.
